Welcome
Christine and Andrew welcome you to Bridgend Farm Country Bed & Breakfast. Our non working farm is set in the heart of the Earl of Dunmore's Country Estate near the small village of Airth.
Bridgend is also listed within the Scottish Tourist Board network and the farmhouse has recently been refurbished throughout to an exceptionally high standard. Our home is beautifully furnished with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All are centrally heated, have wash hand basin vanity units, TV/DVD and toweling bathrobes for added comfort. There is private off road secure parking next to the house and a large garden area and garden room where guests can relax with a good book or chat over a cup of tea.
The Paterson’s also have two other members of their family; two very friendly Jack Russels, Badger and Squirrel.
Christine offer's an extensive breakfast menu and is happy to cater for any dietary request if given notice. Breakfast is served when you arise in the garden room.
Set in the picturesque countryside near Airth and surrounded by Airth Castle and Plean Castle, both of which are just two minutes drive from the farm, it is the perfect base for exploring Loch Lomond, The West Highland Way and The Trossachs. The larger cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling are all within a forty minute drive. Christine is happy to share her knowledge of the area with guests to ensure they make the most of their time in this beautiful region of Scotland.
